Delivery and returns

Dispatch
We dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours of receiving your documents.
UK delivery
Delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. For Northern Ireland, the islands or an urgent order, call us first to check timings.
Collection
You can collect your plates from our store at National MOT Centre, Victoria Road, Skegness, PE25 3ST. Call ahead on 01754 763270 so they're ready.
Damaged or incorrect plates
Contact us within 7 days with a photo. If the plate was damaged in transit or made incorrectly by us, we'll remake it free of charge.
Returns
Plates are made to order for your registration, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. See our terms of sale.
