Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on our website. We confirm the final price, including any delivery charge, before you pay.
Made to order
Every plate is made to order for your registration. Please check your registration, finish and size carefully before you confirm your order.
Road-legal plates
The law requires us to see proof of your identity and your right to use the registration before we make a plate for road use. We won't make a road plate until we've seen these documents. We may refuse to make a plate that wouldn't be legal for road use.
Show plates
Plates that don't meet BS AU 145e are sold as show plates, for display or off-road use only. It's an offence to display them on a vehicle on a public road.
Cancellations
Because plates are personalised to your registration, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once we've started making them. You can cancel free of charge before production starts by contacting us.
If something is wrong
If a plate arrives damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered because of our mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll remake it free of charge. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
